Design and Installation

our Design Service

We provide a survey and design service for a fee of £350. If you decide to order your chosen design from us, the fee will be refunded.

Initial Meeting

To prepare your design, our Kitchen Designer will visit your property and take survey dimensions. (1 hour)

They will then sit with you to discuss your design preferences. (2 hours)

All units are Locano, island and rear lower units in 'White' and rear upper units in 'Grey Mist'
All units are Zeluso - the island is in 'Grey Light' and rear units in 'Grey Silk'
Design time

Our designer will return to our studio and prepare a kitchen plan, with perspective elevations. (3 hours)

Review 

Our designer will send you the plan to review. They will amend the plans and elevations according to your feedback.

Our designer will make as many changes as you need to ensure the kitchen is exactly what you want. (6 hours)

Finished plan and design

Once the layout is finalised, we will issue the final plans and elevations. This will include detailed pricing for the supply of the kitchen units, appliances and worktops. 

The design information is yours to own, whether or not you order from us.

All units are Furore, Island in finished in 'Coffee Light' and rear units in 'Magnolia'

Our Installation

Choosing your installer

We offer a supply, delivery and installation service. Our installations are carried out by an experienced team of carpenters, plumbers, gas engineers and electricians. All of whom deliver a high quality of workmanship, each with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

If you decide to use your own installer, we will still offer free site visits to resolve any installation queries that may arise.

Our Installation process

Installations are supervised by our designer and senior carpenter. During the installation, they will walk you round as work proceeds to make sure the design is as you visualised.

On completion of the installation, they will inspect the new kitchen with you to ensure you are happy with the standard of workmanship.

We will provide a Kitchen Installation file, containing all the necessary Gas Safety and Electrical Installation Certificates for the works carried out as well as appliance guarantees, user manuals and maintenance information for your new kitchen.

POST-INSTALLATION CARE

After three weeks from the handover of the kitchen, we will arrange a further site visit if required to deal with any issues that need resolving.
